Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d)

As Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d), you will be part of our Culinary Team, supporting the preparation of fresh, high-quality meals for our employees. Working alongside experienced chefs, you will contribute to a smooth kitchen operation while continuously developing your culinary skills in a modern and dynamic environment.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support the daily à-la-minute cook-to-order service in our modern corporate catering environment

• Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of the lunch service

• Carry out daily mise en place and prepare fresh ingredients and components

• Prepare simple dishes and support the creation of rotating daily specials

• Learn and apply professional kitchen workflows and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards

• Support the preparation of different production areas, such as the hot kitchen, cold kitchen, salad and bowl station, pizza station, or special event station

• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations through clean, structured, and reliable work practices

• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our daily changing menu offerings

What you bring to the team:

• Completed vocational training in the culinary or hospitality field, or initial practical experience in a professional kitchen

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and processing

• Passion for high-quality ingredients and an interest in modern gastronomy

• Eagerness to learn and motivation to continuously develop professional skills
