Communications Advisor Intern- 4-month Internship/Co-op (Winter 2027)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

52,700 - 65,900

We are looking for a Communications Advisor Intern for our growing team! 

 

What you’ll do here:  

• Support the team with internal Claims communications projects, learning the why behind the work, not just executing on tasks
• Assist with the distribution of newsletters, announcements, and internal content
• Provide event and town hall support, helping with logistics, content, and coordination
• Collaborate with peers to share ideas and work through solutions together
• Bring curiosity, energy, and a willingness to learn to everything you do

What you bring to the table:  

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and personable, with the ability to build relationships across the team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Available to work 35 hours per week from January 4 to April 23, 2027.
• Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next semester following your internship
