Community Manager

Run a community like it's yours

This role is closer to running a small business than to managing a property. You will lead a small on-site team and run the full operation of a community of 260 homes: the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the daily experience of the families who live there. You will have real decision-making authority; you will own the results, and you can tell how you are doing just by driving through the community.

Havenpark Communities owns and operates more than 100 manufactured home communities and 30,000+ homesites across the United States.
