Travel: 75% throughout assigned territory

Position Summary

The Community Outreach Specialist – Private Pay will be responsible for expanding Always Compassionate Health's private pay services throughout Long Island by developing relationships with prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, senior communities, professional organizations, and other community partners.

Reporting directly to the Director of Private Pay, this position will focus on generating private pay leads and referrals, developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing awareness of Always Compassionate Health's private pay services, and supporting the conversion of qualified prospects into active clients.

The position is based in Melville, NY and requires approximately 75% local travel throughout Long Island.
