About the Role:

Dreamtime Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Company Secretary (CS) with a valid registration or license number to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who is eager to start their career in corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices within a fast-growing education company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Support in preparing and filing ROC forms, annual returns, and other company documents.

Maintain secretarial records, statutory registers, and minutes of meetings.

Assist in drafting board resolutions, notices, and agendas.

Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and government authorities when required.

Provide support in company law, FEMA, and other legal compliance matters.

Stay updated with changes in corporate governance and compliance norms.

Requirements:

Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a valid membership number from ICSI.

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.

Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and related compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Proficient with MS Office and digital documentation.

Must have a personal laptop and be comfortable working full-time from the Hyderabad office.
