Complex Needs SEND Support | London Borough of Tower Hamlets | 08:30-15:30 Mon-Fri | £95 per day PAYE
Do you have experience in SEND or healthcare and looking for a rewarding role supporting children with complex needs within a school environment?
We are working with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school that has a dedicated SEND provision for pupils with a range of complex learning, communication, sensory and physical needs. The provision delivers a highly individualised, play-based sensory curriculum designed to help every child reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Complex Needs SEND Support, you will:
- Support pupils with complex SEND within a specialist provision
- Deliver engaging sensory and play-based learning activities
- Assist with personal care and intimate care where required
- Support pupils during hydrotherapy sessions
- Encourage pupils' communication, independence and social development
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and families to provide the best possible outcomes
