What you'll do
- Validate claims against Microsoft program requirements and internal checklists.
- Review proof of execution (PoE) evidence, CPOR/customer association, activity records, delivery data and ROI narratives.
- Check documentation quality, uniqueness and traceability.
- Identify risks such as duplicated evidence, rushed engagements, fragmented activities or inconsistent delivery patterns.
- Partner with Regional Operations Centers and provide clear feedback on required corrections.
- Document findings, recommend actions and escalate compliance concerns when needed.

Noventiq is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support validation of Microsoft-funded services and pre-sales claims before submission.
Key responsibilities:
Validate claims against Microsoft program requirements and internal checklists.
Review proof of execution (PoE) evidence, CPOR/customer association, activity records, delivery data and ROI narratives.
Check documentation quality, uniqueness and traceability.
Identify risks such as duplicated evidence, rushed engagements, fragmented activities or inconsistent delivery patterns.
