- Perform data analysis and reconciliation activities to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams regarding system integrations, application upgrades, and infrastructure dependencies.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Business Analyst to join a dynamic team delivering strategic regulatory and compliance initiatives within a complex financial services environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across major transformation programmes, partnering with Compliance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions and enhance financial crime controls.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within banking or consulting, coupled with hands-on experience in Financial crime domains such as AML, KYC, and Sanctions Screening.
Key Responsibilities
