  • Assist in the development and monitoring of systems and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, codes, and company policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement of processes and controls by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and consistency across the business.
  • Work collaboratively with compliance, risk, and audit teams to enhance customer outcomes and business conduct.
  • Assist with the sanctions program including keeping up to date with relevant sanctions requirements.

About the Role
The Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing day-to-day operation of the compliance framework in Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the Head of Compliance, compliance analysts and business stakeholders, including Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit, the role supports and promotes an effective Three Lines of Defence model to foster a strong compliance and incident reporting culture, with a focus on continuous improvement. This role would suit a legally trained professional with strong experience in compliance, regulatory interpretation and legal risk management within a regulated environment.

In this role, you will:
