Assegurar as melhores condições de compras, contratos, produtos e serviços em termos de preço, qualidade e atendimento, através da elaboração da estratégia de compras e da negociação junto aos fornecedores de materiais e serviços. Desenvolver competição qualificada e procurar fontes e tecnologias alternativas com o apoio dos stakeholders. Alinhamento com a Política de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente e os aspectos ambientais colaborando com a redução dos impactos através dos controles estabelecidos pela empresa, praticando a segregação dos resíduos e atuando de maneira responsável e sustentável perante a comunidade.

Descrição das atividades:

• Contratar serviços, gerenciamento de contratos e relacionamento com fornecedores.
• Negociar com foco em redução de custos buscando manter ou melhorar o os SLAs (Service Level Agreement) de atendimento.
• Montar business cases para as áreas de negócios apresentando soluções de atendimento logístico.
• Realizar cotações Spot de demandas urgentes e especiais.
• Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas operacionais acompanhando a performance com foco em soluções de melhorias de serviços.
• Negociar de reajustes de contratos
• Utilizar dos sistemas ERP e plataforma de e-Procurement garantindo a manutenção dos cadastros e processos de compras gerenciados via sistemas.
• Elaborar de KPIs e reports de savings e iniciativas no sistema.
• Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional e Compliance;
• Negociação de categorias a nível regional;
• Análises e eficiência nos processos;
• Redução de fornecedores através da redução estratégica de volume de processos.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

• Superior completo em Administração de Empresas / Administração com ênfase em Logística / Comércio Exterior / Engenharia.
• Inglês e espanhol - intermediários

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Conhecimento avançado em Excel e Power Point
• Pós-Graduação / MBA (diferencial)
• Conhecimento em Power BI (diferencial)
• Conhecimento da metodologia de Strategic Sourcing
• Desejável experiencia como comprador PL/Serviços/Indiretos
