Job Description
As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the quick delivery of extraordinary customer service to fans at Concession Stands at Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field and/or Coca-Cola Coliseum.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare food and beverage orders quickly, efficiently and according to standard
Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced
Provide responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles
Ensure AGCO and MLSE alcohol policies & regulations are followed
Perform opening and closing duties as the need arises
Monitor inventory
Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times
Provide fast and friendly fan service
Act as an ambassador for MLSE and our community
Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises
Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid Smart Serve certification or be willing to acquire one before starting the role
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Previous food service experience an asset
Safe food handling training an asset
Work well under pressure and balance multiple tasks at a time
Able to pay close attention to detail and calculate order totals manually
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Genuine interest in creating positive customer service experiences

$20.26 / hour
