COST of Wisconsin is hiring a Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) Fabricator. No prior experience? No problem—we provide hands-on training.

 What You’ll Do

• Create custom concrete products using molds and fiberglass
• Spray and apply GFRC (concrete mix with fiberglass)
• Trim, finish, and inspect completed pieces
• Use hand and power tools
• Work from drawings, templates, and project specs
• Help maintain a clean and safe workspace

What You Need

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Team oriented with attention to detail

Preferred (Not Required)

• Construction or manufacturing experience
• Forklift or equipment experience
• Welding, concrete, or fiberglass experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 70 lbs. regularly; assistance provided
• Active role--Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Work in a shop/yard environment with moderate noise
