  • Provide authoritative analysis of enacted legislation to ensure program initiatives adhere strictly to statutory mandates and congressional intent.
  • Lead the end-to-end tracking, execution, and resolution of all CRRs or Congressionally Directed Actions ( CDAs ) , ensuring fully adjudicated and synchronized responses.
  • Lead synchronization across the customer organization while working with higher and adjacent DoW stakeholders to maintain unified strategic messaging and protect defense industrial base equities.
  • Maintain robust working relationships with professional committee staff in support of proactively shaping policy discussions.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Congressional and Legislative Affairs Analyst to support our Department of War (DoW) customer. This individual will serve as the primary legislative advisor to senior customer leadership, providing strategic counsel on legislative risks, emerging statutory authorities, and congressional committee dynamics. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive legislative engagement strategies to secure congressional support for customer budget priorities, operational initiatives, and requirements that support the defense industrial base and the warfighter.

What You’ll Work On:

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
