Job Summary
Our Construction Management team is actively seeking a Construction Engineer for work on a new NYCHA Project. The project is set to begin in January 2027.Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.
Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.
Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.
Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Client’s online system.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFCATIONS:
Bachelors of Construction Management or related field with 2+ years of construction or office engineer experience is required.
Previous infrastructure construction experience with NYCHA or similar agency preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $81,200- $121,800 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
