What you'll do
- Support Construction Managers and Project Managers with daily field construction activities on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Assist with monitoring project progress, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance.
- Participate in site inspections to verify construction activities are completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Assist with tracking project milestones, punch list items, material deliveries, and construction documentation.
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly construction meetings and prepare meeting notes and action item logs.
- Support contractor coordination and communication between construction, engineering, procurement, environmental, and operations teams.
- Assist with the review of project drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction reports.
- Help maintain project records including RFIs, submittals, change orders, field reports, and quality documentation.
- Participate in safety observations and support implementation of site safety programs and initiatives.
- Analyze construction data and prepare project status reports for management.
- Perform assigned construction oversight activities under the supervision of project and construction management personnel.
- Support project closeout activities, turnover documentation, and lessons learned reviews.

In the summer of 2021, Repsol expanded its renewables operations to the U.S. through the acquisition of a large U.S.-based PV solar and battery storage project developer. This transaction was Repsol's first foray into the U.S. renewables market. In 2024, Repsol made another strategic acquisition of ConnectGen from Quantum Capital Group. Repsol Renewables Services North America (RRSNA) is targeting to own and operate 3-4 GW of renewable capacity in North America by 2027.
RRSNA is seeking a Construction Management Intern to join our dynamic team and support the construction execution of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the United States. This internship offers hands-on experience working alongside project managers, construction managers, contractors, and field personnel during active project development and construction.

This is a twelve (12) week program starting May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027. Interns will be assigned to active project sites and should expect extensive travel and extended stays at project locations during the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
