The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and people-focused Construction Manager to lead our team of Site Managers across the Bendigo region.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of construction performance across an established region while supporting a capable team to deliver quality homes and a great experience for our clients.

You will be the visible leader of the construction team, providing direction, removing roadblocks, and ensuring our Site Managers have the support, trades, and resources needed to perform at their best.

The Role
