Consultant - Demand & Supply Planner

What you'll do
- Own customer forecast management, including monthly/weekly forecast validation, historical trend analysis, demand upside/downside identification, and forecast consolidation.
- Conduct demand review and validation by comparing forecast, backlog, and shipment plans; align priorities with Sales and finalize demand plans.
- Translate demand into supply requirements and coordinate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor CTB (Clear to Build) status, identify material constraints, prioritize available supply, and escalate critical shortages.
- Align production plans with demand priorities, reviewing factory output and identifying production risks.
- Manage inventory allocation and order prioritization based on revenue, strategic customers, and aging orders.
- Develop and manage weekly shipment plans, coordinating with Logistics and ensuring documentation and transportation readiness.
- Monitor customer deliveries, OTD/OTIF, open orders, and delivery commitments, escalating risks proactively.
- Conduct backlog reviews and develop recovery plans for delayed orders and past-due shipments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly S&OP dashboards and executive reports covering demand, supply constraints, production, delivery, and backlog.
- Track key planning KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Demand Plan Adherence, Supply Commitment Accuracy, OTD, OTIF, Backlog Aging, and Production Plan Attainment.
