What you'll do
- Contributes actively to the evaluation of new and complex applications and identifiication of new system requirements through applying technical leadership competencies
- Contributes to the communication and presentations on system enhancements
- Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades
- Troubleshoots problems with software on a third level
- Applies procedures and protocols for software
- Contributes to the conception of new business requirement and development of IT solutions (e.g. SAP)
- Implements further improvement of IT applications, technologies or services
- Manages capacity allocation and alignment with Team Leads
- Responsible and accountable for IT application support & monitoring of one IT application
- Ensures the adherence to defined SLAs, acts as escalation level if incidents are stuck, assigns incidents and tracks the execution state
