What you'll do

  • Preparing consultancy materials such as slide decks and workshops.
  • Create documentation such as playbooks, training materials and reports.
  • Own designated projects or part of projects as agreed with senior members of the consultancy team.

The opportunity

We take our work personally, building valuable partnerships with clients and adding value at every touchpoint. In your role of Consultant, you will champion this mindset in all that you do. You will be responsible for delivering digital transformation projects around pharma Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suites (including Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) content), against agreed budgets and objectives. You are expected to take ownership over key components of our consultancy projects, collaborating with the wider team and leveraging your domain and technology knowledge to deliver great outcomes for our clients.


Working closely with both our Founder and Senior Consultant, your strategic guidance will be welcomed and valued as we capture client requirements and craft our offering based on their individual needs. Working in a highly regulated industry, where accuracy is critical, you will present high standards in all you do and your versatility and strong problem solving skills will contribute to successful projects for our clients. The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings or strategy days in Huntingdon, Cambridge, London or client offices.
