What you'll do

  • Leads governance and delivery management activities across multiple programs and projects within the MCM portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and controls.
  • Owns and facilitates portfolio reporting processes including Clarity status reporting, executive governance reporting, health checks, project metrics, and delivery transparency initiatives.
  • Coordinates monthly and bi-weekly forecasting, financial reporting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and project financial governance activities.
  • Develops and maintains governance artifacts including PWG/PSG materials, project health checks, RAID reporting, decision logs, dependency tracking, and audit evidence repositories.
  • Facilitates cross-functional governance forums, stakeholder reviews, working groups, and status review sessions with program leadership, delivery teams, and senior management.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for Clarity PPM processes, governance reporting, forecasting, status reporting, project setup, portfolio hygiene, and reporting best practices.
  • Supports audit remediation efforts by coordinating evidence collection, documentation reviews, process adherence, and governance control activities.
  • Maintains portfolio RAID governance through review and tracking of risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and remediation activities across programs.
  • Partners with Program Managers and project teams to improve reporting quality, project controls, project plan integrity, milestone management, and governance compliance.
  • Develops reporting standards, process improvements, training materials, and operational guidance to improve portfolio effectiveness and consistency across teams.
  • Provides onboarding, mentoring, and training to project managers, PMOs, and delivery teams on Clarity PPM, governance processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Supports project and program lifecycle activities including ideation, project setup, budgeting support, governance readiness, gating preparation, and portfolio controls.

Position Summary  

Provides governance, delivery management, financial oversight, and portfolio reporting support across the Market Change & Modernization (MCM) portfolio. Serves as a key partner to Program Managers, Portfolio Leadership, Finance, and Governance stakeholders to ensure projects and programs comply with organizational governance standards. Coordinates portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, audit readiness activities, health checks, risk management, gating processes, and executive governance materials while facilitating delivery transparency and operational effectiveness across multiple strategic initiatives.  

  

Major Duties

  • Experience with portfolio reporting, governance, audit management, financial controls, forecasting, and executive-level communications.  

  • Experience working in large, matrixed financial services organizations preferred.
