- Lead and manage end-to-end Post-Merger Integration (PMI) / Program Management Office (PMO) activities for the engagement.
- Oversee and coordinate 7–10 parallel integration workstreams, ensuring alignment across timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
- Design and implement integration governance frameworks, including workstream tracking, RAID logs, steering committee reporting, and milestone management.
- Partner with client leadership and workstream owners to identify integration risks, synergies, and critical path issues, escalating as needed.
- Drive Day 1 readiness planning and post-Day 1 execution tracking across functional workstreams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Sales).
- Ensure consistent cadence of reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Bring structured PMI methodology and best practices to a mid-tier IT services context, adapting frameworks as needed for the client's scale and complexity.
- Support the client in building internal PMI capability where relevant, ensuring sustainability beyond the engagement period.
