Consultant - Supply Chain (FMCG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand & Supply Planning: Lead S&OP processes, baseline forecasting, capacity allocation, and regional inventory optimization.
• Production Scheduling: Coordinate factory and co-packer schedules to balance line capacities, material availability, and stock demand.
• Fill Rate Improvement: Monitor fill rates, run root-cause analysis for stockouts, and implement service-level fixes.
• Modern Trade & eCommerce O2C: Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, PO fulfillment, appointment slots, and delivery SLAs for MT and Quick-Commerce platforms.
