Job Description
Responsable de asesorar iniciativas relacionadas con diseño e implementación de cambios organizacionales, definición de modelos de gobernanza, estructuras organizacionales, roles y responsabilidades para proyectos de inversión, de acuerdo con mejores prácticas de la industria
Qualifications
- Ingeniero Civil o Industrial titulado.
- 15 / 20 años de experiencia específica en su especialidad.
- Sólidos conocimientos y dominio de la disciplina.
- Alto grado de especializaci��n en gestión de proyectos y organización.
- Deseable postgrado, certificación y/o experiencia en investigación y publicaciones relacionadas.
- Conocimiento en:
- Gestión PMO.
- Gestión de proyectos.
- Diseño e implementación de cambios organizacionales.
- Sistema de Inversión de Capital.
- Sistema de Gestión de Proyectos.
- Estrategias de implementación y contratación.
- Liderazgo.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad de análisis sistémico.
- Trabajo bajo presión.
