Content Creator Assosiate (Meta Ads) - Education

What you'll do
- Develop strategic, conversion-focused creative concepts for Meta Ads that support lead generation and overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to create relevant, insight-driven content that resonates with target customers.
- Write compelling ad scripts, hooks, messaging, and calls-to-action optimized for direct-response advertising and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, graphic designers, and the Performance Marketing team to produce high-quality creative assets from concept to execution.
- Direct on-screen talents during production and review creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign goals, brand standards, and quality expectations.
- Analyze creative performance, develop multiple content variations, and continuously optimize assets based on key advertising metrics and campaign insights.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Creative Strategist, Performance Creative, or a similar role focused on digital advertising.
- Proven experience developing high-performing creative content for Meta Ads, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable campaign results.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct-response advertising, and creative optimization based on metrics such as CTR, CPL, Hook Rate, and Conversion Rate.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills with the ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Performance Marketing, Design, Video Production, and Creative teams, throughout the content development process.

Your Day-to-Day
