What will you do at Fynd?
- Create engaging, high-quality content that showcases Fynd Commerce India’s products, customer success stories, and industry insights.
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop compelling content formats including product explainers, customer testimonials, founder conversations, event coverage, behind-the-scenes stories, and educational content.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Customer Success teams to translate complex commerce solutions into simple, engaging narratives.
- Stay on top of industry trends, creator formats, platform updates, and AI-powered content creation tools to continuously improve content quality.
- Own the end-to-end content production lifecycle—from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Cover company events, customer visits, product launches, and conferences to create real-time content.
- Measure content performance using analytics and continuously optimize based on audience insights.
Some specific requirements
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in content creation, video production, digital storytelling, or creator marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first videos, brand storytelling, and visual content.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable shooting content using professional cameras as well as smartphones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS, technology, retail, or commerce ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Skills

- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging content platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.
