Content Ingestion Analyst

We are seeking a looking for a Content Ingestion Analyst to join our Content Acquisition & Ingestion team in Chennai to support end-to-end content workflows from publisher deposit to product delivery. The role involves both automated (DAF) and manual acquisition processes, ensuring content is acquired, validated, ingested, and delivered with high quality and timeliness.

About you

  • Must have minimum 4 years of experience in Content Acquisition, Content Ingestion, Data Operations, or related areas.
  • Must be knowledgeable in web, FTP, API, or email-based content acquisition methods.

About the team

The DAF (Data Acquisition Framework) team is responsible for automating the acquisition and ingestion of content from external sources, ensuring reliable data collection, monitoring, and onboarding of new content feeds into Clarivate platforms. The DAF team acts as the gateway for bringing external content into Clarivate systems, ensuring content is automatically collected, processed, and made available for downstream products and operations teams.

Hours of work (Full time)

9.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST (including an hour break)
