Since your role will rarely fit a job description, we only wrote a crisp overview.

What you'll be doing in this role

• Founder-led content: own our founders' LinkedIn presence. Turn their thinking, customer conversations, and opinions into posts that sound unmistakably like them and get read by the people we sell to

• Social media content: own LinkedIn content and regular posting of Duna

• Long-form content: write blogs, white papers, case studies

• Brand voice: guard our tone of voice across everything we publish, from the website to press releases

What we're looking for

• 3-8 years of experience - this doesn't necessarily have to be as a content writer. We look for someone who demonstrates clear talent or passion for great copy — this can also be outside of your work

• Exceptional writing talent — we don't want to sound like a mediocre AI prompt filled with lofty words

• You can write in someone else's voice. Ghostwriting for an executive, running a founder's LinkedIn, or comparable proof that you can disappear into another person's way of thinking

• Self-directed: you'll work directly with the founders, and they won't hand you briefs. You extract the raw material yourself

• You understand LinkedIn as a channel: what earns attention there, what converts attention into conversations, and what just performs
