Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Content Marketing Manager for our Captive Program to develop compelling materials that support our sales team and drives customer engagement. This role will focus on creating high-impact sales enablement tools, including written materials, presentations, and video content that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive the sales cycle forward. This role will be based in our Marlborough, MA office.  We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include: • Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 • Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus. • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
