We are recruiting for a Content Operations Executive to help deliver seamless digital experiences through content operations, reporting, planning and campaign execution across multiple digital channels. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Content Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery and performance reporting of digital content across web, app and CRM channels. Working closely with content, marketing, media and creative teams, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, content workflows run efficiently and reporting provides clear insights to support business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project coordination, analytics and content operations within a fast-paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You will also have:
