About the Role
We're looking for a thinker first, writer second who is excited about using AI to build smarter, story telling and more scalable content for AMINU.
At AMINU, we work with complex ideas around skincare, science, ingredients and ageing. Our job is to understand these deeply and turn them into communication that is simple, interesting and relevant.
You'll work closely with the founders to understand what we want to communicate, who we're speaking to, and how AI can help us create better content across channels. The ultimate goal is to build and maintain an evolving Aminu Content Brain, including brand voice, messaging principles, audience understanding, approved language, examples, channel-specific rules and learnings from previous work.
What You'll Do:
- Understand AMINU's brand, products, audience and point of view.
- Identify what we should say, who we should say it to, and why it matters.
- Turn complex skincare and scientific ideas into clear communication.
- Develop the right message, tone and format for different audiences and channels.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini as part of the content creation process.
- Build and refine prompts and AI workflows for different content requirements.
- Create and maintain a library of brand knowledge, prompts, examples and learnings.
- Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, relevance and brand fit.
- Test, learn and continuously improve how we use AI for content.
- Stay updated on new AI tools and ways to improve the content process.
What We're Looking For:
- A thinker first who starts with "what are we trying to say?" rather than "how should I write this?"
- Strong curiosity and ability to understand complex subjects quickly.
- Good synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication judgement of what makes communication clear, interesting and human. And a good sense of tone.
- Strong interest in AI and willingness to deeply experiment with LLMs and AI workflows.
- Analytical and iterative mindset—you enjoy continuous testing, refining and learning. You don’t settle for “OK”.
- Background in content, brand, marketing, strategy, human psychology or advertising is a plus.
- Beauty/skincare experience is not mandatory.
