The other half will be spent supporting our internal Capability Development team — helping design training content, build presentations, and create learning material for our recruiters and managers and coordinate training.
If you love writing, enjoy making things look good, and want a role where your work is actually seen and used — this is it.
What You Will Do
Part A — Content Writing & Marketing
• Write and edit newsletter content , monthly State of Hiring (SOH) newsletter — our flagship market intelligence report sent to 7,000+ HR leaders and hiring managers
• Write LinkedIn posts, articles, and social media content aligned to our weekly editorial calendar (Monday to Friday)
• Write content for our website — landing pages, blog articles, service pages — optimised for SEO and targeted at HR decision-makers
• Draft and send segment-based email campaigns (GCC, BFSI, IT Services) using Zoho Campaigns
• Write submissions for external publications: HR Katha, ETHRWorld, PeopleMatters, NASSCOM community
• Support award and event submissions — write compelling narratives about PeopleLogic's work and impact
• Help create content for the People Pulse internal newsletter — keeping employees informed and engaged
• Research industry trends, hiring data, and market insights to feed into content — you will become fluent in the IT hiring landscape
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met without being chased
Part B — Capability Development & Training Support
• Create and update training content on our internal LMS (PeopleLogic EdX)
• Build clean, well-designed PowerPoint presentations for training sessions, leadership reviews, and internal communication
• Help script and produce short training and explainer videos for our YouTube channel and LinkedIn
• Convert existing training material into more engaging formats — better slides, cleaner handouts, sharper visuals
• Support facilitation of training sessions — preparing materials, coordinating logistics, capturing feedback
• Continuously look for ways to make learning content more engaging, relevant, and easy to consume
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have
• Excellent written English — clean, clear, and confident. You can write a paragraph that people actually want to read
• Genuine interest in content, storytelling, or communications — this is not just a job for you
• Comfortable with PowerPoint or Google Slides — you can build a decent-looking slide without being given a template
• Organised and reliable — you meet deadlines, you follow up, you do not need to be reminded twice
• Curious about business, industry trends, and the world of work — you will be writing about hiring, talent, and the IT industry daily
• We do not care about education as long as you have passion and flair for the job and a willingness and thirst to learn.
Good to Have (Not Required)
• Any internship or project experience in content writing, copywriting, communications, or digital marketing
• Basic familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or any design tool
• Experience with video editing tools
• Exposure to SEO concepts — you have heard of keywords and meta descriptions even if you haven't used them professionally
• Have written for a college magazine, blog, LinkedIn, or any public platform — show us something you have written
• Interest in the HR, recruitment, or talent industry
