The Staff Operational Excellence Engineer leads fab-wide improvement initiatives to strengthen flow, OEE, cost, and overall manufacturing performance. This role works across operations, process engineering, equipment, maintenance, and quality to remove constraints, solve recurring issues, and implement sustainable improvements. The position combines data-driven analysis with strong cross-functional leadership to improve operational stability, capacity, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement initiatives to improve flow, cycle time, OEE, yield, and cost performance

  • Identify operational losses and constraints through data analysis and root-cause problem solving

  • Partner cross-functionally to implement and sustain improvement actions

  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to strengthen execution discipline and standardize best practices
