This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

Continuous Improvement (CI) is a strategic capability at Electrolux, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business performance. The Continuous Improvement Specialist, Commercial Operations, leads Cost to Serve optimization and process improvement initiatives across the North America commercial organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve operational performance through data-driven decision making and Lean methodologies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and project leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cost to Serve optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the North America commercial organization.

  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities, establish performance baselines, and measure business impact.

  • Drive projects focused on reducing returns, transportation damages, obsolescence, scrap, and other avoidable costs.

  • Improve order fulfillment performance, delivery reliability, customer compliance, and overall commercial operations effectiveness.

  • Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable process improvements using Lean methodologies.

  • Develop, track, and report KPIs to measure project performance, operational improvements, and cost savings.

  • Prepare and present business cases, project updates, and recommendations to leadership.

  • Support the adoption of continuous improvement practices and operational excellence capabilities across the commercial organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement, commercial operations, business operations, supply chain, sales operations, or a related field, including experience leading process improvement initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of Lean methodologies; Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP and/or IBP experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of commercial operations, sales operations, supply chain, S&OP, and cost-to-serve concepts

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
