  • Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
  • Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

Job Description Summary

The Contract Performance Manager serves as the primary P&L lead and customer liaison for energy service and maintenance contracts, overseeing the full lifecycle of resources and logistics required to maintain, repair, and refurbish site assets. You will be responsible for both the strategic planning and tactical execution of preventive and remedial maintenance, managing field services engineering and facility operations to ensure high-performance standards in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

By leveraging your technical expertise and industry experience, you will act with autonomy to resolve complex customer concerns, drive portfolio growth through commercial collaboration with Sales, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a professional who can effectively balance onsite operational execution with high-level financial accountability while maintaining strong, proactive relationships with customers across the region.
