What you'll do

  • Design a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, sales collateral, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Create and maintain templates for presentations, documents, email campaigns, social media assets, and other recurring materials, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the organization.
  • Build, organize, and manage a centralized creative library of templates, brand assets, and design resources, keeping materials current, well-labeled, and easily accessible to internal teams.
  • Design digital marketing assets such as email templates, social graphics, web banners, and other online materials that support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support event and conference marketing efforts through the creation of signage, booth graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and attendee-facing collateral.
  • Maintain, apply, and help evolve brand identity standards and visual guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional experience across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with marketing and communications stakeholders to concept, storyboard, and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages and support business objectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects and deadlines, prioritizing requests and balancing competing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare files for both print (CMYK) and digital/web (RGB) production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

CoreTrust is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll bring brand and business strategy to life through compelling visual design across print, digital, and presentation formats. You'll partner closely with marketing, communications, and cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality creative work and help keep our creative library of templates organized, current, and easy for the broader team to use.
