About this role

Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed on the job site at all times. If necessary, hire specialized subcontractors. Providing advice to clients . Making certain that the sites are secure. Management of work groups, materials, and equipment. Inspecting the work of employed employees and subcontractors . Maintaining accurate financial records . Obtaining building permits and licenses. Calculate the costs and materials. Prepare bids and other reports. Activities must be coordinated and scheduled. Work activities must be coordinated with other project supervisors or managers. Ascertain that all health and safety regulations are followed. Develop strategies for meeting work deadlines. Examine blueprints and sketches. Materials and supplies must be requested. Resolve work issues and make recommendations to increase productivity. Requirements Bachelor ‘s degree in construction science, building science, surveying, or safety in construction. At least 5 years of construction experience is required. Licenses and bonds are required. Business and communication skills. Courses in project management would be beneficial. Knowledge of project management software. Benefits Terms of Employment: Fulltime Permanent Position 32 to 44 hours per week Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime Salary: $35.00 - $49.50 per hour Required Years of Experience: At least 5 years of construction experience is required.
