  • Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, or mega-projects.
  • Extensive experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, Engineering Consultancy, or major construction organizations.
  • Strong expertise in contract administration under FIDIC forms of contract.
  • Demonstrated experience in claims management, variation assessments, extension of time evaluations, and dispute resolution.
  • Thorough understanding of construction law, contractual procedures, and project delivery methods.
  • Experience administering high-value construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost management principles.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and GCC contracting practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in Construction Law, Commercial Management, Contract Management, or Business Administration is preferred.

Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administration Manager to lead all contract administration, commercial governance, and contractual compliance activities for a major site supervision consultancy project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Contracts Administration Manager will be responsible for managing construction contracts, providing contractual advice to project leadership, administering contract provisions, evaluating claims and variations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Client, Project Director, Resident Engineer, Commercial Team, and Contractors, the successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting project interests, mitigating contractual risks, and supporting successful project delivery.

           

Your role

  • Ensure compliance with project governance, approval procedures, and client requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare contractual reports, risk assessments, and executive summaries for senior management.
  • Support project closeout activities, including final account settlement and contract completion procedures.
  • Mentor and guide contracts engineers and contract administration personnel.

About you
