What you'll do

  • Collaborate with project teams and other internal stakeholders on contract review, negotiation, and execution.
  • Receive, organize, and maintain customer contracts, exhibits, addenda, and related project documentation.
  • Verify that all necessary contract documents and supporting information have been received before commencing review.

The Contract Administrator serves as a key member of EC Electric's contract and risk management team. This position is responsible for coordinating the contract review process from receipt through execution, including organizing contract documents, identifying contractual risks, preparing proposed revisions, and supporting negotiations with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. The Contract Administrator works closely with project teams, executive leadership, legal counsel, insurance brokers, and outside partners to ensure contracts are complete, compliant, and aligned with company risk management objectives.

Benefits

Salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 annually. 

Opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus.

401k with a 40% employer match (up to federal limit.)
