Job Description

• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (preferably Yellow, Red books) and their practical application.
•  Proven experience in claims preparation, negotiation, and resolution.
•  Should be able to drive Change management processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex correspondence
• Understanding of site related construction issues, maintain correspondence with concerned parties and ability to provide timely advice to the Client
• Ability to work with project stakeholders to drive issues to closure

Understanding of tendering and procurement cycle including compiling the contractual documents

Qualifications

B.E. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil

Industrial, commercial building experience 

NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
