- Property Security Monitoring: Always ensure the security of the estate by monitoring CCTV surveillance and responding appropriately to any breaches.
- Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report all incidents using the established procedures and maintain proper decorum.
- Access Control: Manage the issuance of security keys and passes to staff and visitors as required.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies, including Health and Safety regulations as mandated by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Follow the standard operating procedures for all tasks and responsibilities.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanour while performing all duties, with a focus on confidentiality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an efficient and effective service to the client.
- Operational Support: Provide coverage for colleagues during absences and perform any additional duties as requested by the management.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
