Job Summary: The Convention Services Manager is responsible for achieving assigned event revenue and satisfaction goals by effectively servicing clients and managing food and beverage minimums. This role ensures the smooth execution of conventions and events while working with the Director of Sales to meet the hotel’s revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Work Environment:

  • Regular interaction with clients, hotel staff, and vendors in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
