- Liaise professionally with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and internal file handlers during AEST hours.

- Learn and use cloud-based matter-management systems (TriConvey) and support PEXA/electronic settlement workflows where applicable.
- Flag issues promptly and escalate according to procedure.

The Conveyancing Legal Assistant will support file handlers and conveyancers by preparing and reviewing legal documents, drafting client and agent correspondence, and ensuring files progress according to strict checklists and timelines.
