  • Maintain People Team templates, guides, FAQs, and process documentation
  • Conduct audits and help identify opportunities to improve processes and the employee experience

RigUp is hiring a People Operations Coordinator to act as a key point of contact for employees and field workers, answering questions, talking with workers, troubleshooting issues, and helping them navigate People processes. You’ll also support sensitive employee data and organizational changes, maintain accurate personnel records, and learn how the different areas of HR work together in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
