  • Distribute incoming communications such as department mail, packages, etc.
  • Organize and maintain files and correspondence.
  • Maintain proficiency with internal software systems.
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
  • Oversee department calendar and coordinate daily scheduling of internal and external meetings.
  • Assist in telephone coverage for the department as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

The Corporate Assistant will support the organization by performing administrative tasks within the assigned department.
