The Opportunity
Sacco Mann is pleased to represent an established client who are seeking a dedicated Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool, Merseyside. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with approximately 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, looking to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and growing companies. The work will include areas such as mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, shareholder agreements and a range of commercial contracts.
Working closely with clients, you will provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice while building strong relationships and supporting businesses through key stages of their growth. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the firm and contribute to maintaining a high standard of client service.
