What you'll do
- Conduct detailed financial and market analysis to identify industry trends, financial benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain simple P&L models, financial projections, and business planning models to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare transaction documents and financial packages for bank loan applications, refinancing, and fundraising activities.
- Compile data, analysis, and supporting documentation to address inquiries from banks, investors, and senior management.
- Develop research reports and presentation decks summarizing financial insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying gaps and proposing data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional strategic projects by providing financial analysis, scenario modelling, and decision-support materials.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management from reputable universities.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, operations, business strategy, and finance strategy
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, index match; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
- Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa) and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day
