Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) - Cardiff
A growing national Corporate team is strengthening its Cardiff presence and is looking for a driven Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join them at an exciting point in their expansion. This Corporate team is known for delivering clear, commercial, and practical advice across the full spectrum of corporate work. With a strong national footprint and increasing demand in Wales, the Cardiff team is taking on more strategic projects and high value transactions than ever.
Their client base is broad and diverse, including international organisations, PLCs, SMEs, high growth companies, and technology led businesses. Clients value the team's ability to cut through complexity and provide solutions that genuinely support commercial goals.
You'll enjoy exposure to a wide range of corporate matters, including:
