What you'll do
- Drive the execution of the global Talent & Development agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management, and related HR initiatives.
- Facilitate global talent, succession, and performance processes, ensuring alignment across countries and stakeholders.
- Develop templates, toolkits, playbooks, and governance standards to enable consistent execution worldwide.
- Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage governance forums, talent councils, and leadership review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables.
- Lead global performance management campaigns, including communications, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Act as the key support for Talent & Performance systems, partnering with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and rollouts.
- Maintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools to provide visibility on milestones, risks, and progress.

- A proven track record, at least 5 years, in HR/Talent project or programme management and multinational cross-functional delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent skills in executive presentation development and data analysis/reporting (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong competencies in project management and stakeholder influence, with a collaborative approach.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, HORSE Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
