Job Description

Grace is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team.  This position reports to our Assistant General Counsel for Commercial and is located in Columbia, Maryland.

 

The Commercial Counsel serves as primary counsel supporting Grace’s business activities for its Materials Technologies organization. Among other things, they will identify and analyze legal issues, negotiate and draft contracts, assist with corporate matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
