We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Counsel to join our Commercial Law Group. This role is located in London or Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of vendor agreements, with a particular focus on market data and technology‑related contracts.
